Stand in front of the mirror and check your posture. First, relax, then march in place with your feet for a few seconds and shake your head up and down. Check out your arms, hands, and fingertips; take a deep breath, blow it out and relax.

Do all this with your eyes closed… then open your eyes and look in the mirror.

What do you see?

If you’re like most people, you don’t notice much at first. But if you look more closely, you may notice one of your shoulders is higher than the other
one… maybe by a lot, or maybe by a tiny bit.

If you have one high shoulder, you may have a misalignment not just in that part of your spine but other parts as well. That’s how the body works; the high shoulder on one side often signals a high hip on the other side of your body.

Elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles start to get involved… and then break down.

Your posture is the perfect predictor of where your body is most likely to break down, get injured, or develop scar tissue and arthritis in the joint.

Chiropractic doctors are experts in identifying which of your joints are misaligned and performing a chiropractic adjustment that helps realign them naturally.

Exercises and stretches that are specific to your misalignments will help those joints stay in their new location between adjustments and clinic visits.
