After growing up out west, Dr. Sam Smith, D.C., relocated to Illinois where he went on to earn his doctorate of chiropractic. He's proud to serve patients and community members at our Orchards office as ...chiropractic director.
Dr. Sam first earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from North Central College in Naperville and then achieved his doctorate of chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During his time at Palmer, Dr. Sam was active on the Chiro Games planning board and also participated in the cycling and chiropractic biophysics clubs.
Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
Fascinated by the human body, Dr. Sam knew he wanted to do something in the field of anatomy while helping has many people as possible. Chiropractic, he decided, was perfect. Dr. Sam's personal mission in practice is to get patients back to enjoying their lives without pain. His favorite part about being a chiropractor is seeing the smiles on his patients' faces when they're finally able to do something they previously couldn't do.
In his free time, Dr. Sam loves working out, riding his bike, watching sports, playing softball and enjoying the outdoors.
