Effective July 1, 2026, Missouri Medicaid has eliminated coverage for chiropractic services. As a result, patients covered by Missouri Medicaid may be responsible for the cost of chiropractic care received on or after that date. While we do not yet have definitive information from all Medicaid Managed Care Organizations, we anticipate that many plans may adopt similar coverage limitations. We understand this change may be disappointing. To help make care more affordable, our clinic participates in Chiro Health USA, a discount medical plan organization that provides reduced fees for eligible patients. Our staff would be happy to discuss the program and determine whether it may be a good option for you.
