After meeting Dr. Harris, patients of all ages understand that they don't need medication or surgery to feel better, move better and live a more enjoyable life. He's just as excited as they are to see ...them re-start activities that they were unable to enjoy when they first came into his clinic.
That enthusiasm over chiropractic care began during Dr. Harris' childhood in St. Louis, when he suffered from headaches so severe that he sometimes missed school for weeks. His doctor prescribed opioids, which started to affect his personality and social interactions. Just a few months after his father took him to see a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Harris was feeling much better and no longer needed opioids to manage the pain. A giver at heart, Dr. Harris always knew he wanted to be a doctor, but that fateful experience solidified what type — a Doctor of Chiropractic who goes beyond healing illness to promote wellness.
To promote his own wellness Dr. Harris loves golfing, fishing, hiking and spending time with his wife and daughter. He still gives back to his community by volunteering at the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Ronald McDonald Charities.
After completing his BS at University of Missouri, Dr. Harris earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan University. He's a certified specialist in Active Release Technique (ART), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Titalist Performance Institute (TPI) Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). Dr. Harris is also a member of the Missouri Chiropractic Physicians Association and the American Chiropractic Association.
