Growing ...up in the small town of Richfield, Wisconsin—where everyone knew one another—she developed a deep appreciation for close-knit communities. That sense of connection started early in life; when her brother's teammate broke his wrist during a baseball game, she immediately ran out onto the field to help, sparking a lifelong drive to pursue a career in healthcare.
