As a Chiropractor and Physical Therapist Assistant, Dr. Rachana Shah D.C.’s mission is to treat the core problem, not the symptom. She’s passionate about making people feel better and strongly believes ...in the value of conservative care. Born and raised in Gujarat, India, Dr. Shah moved to the USA after graduating high school to pursue higher education. First, she received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. After that, she advanced to Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she attained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
After working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Ohio and Texas, she wanted to integrate multiple conservative care methods to help her patients. That's when she came across chiropractic and was quickly fascinated by the techniques and methodology. The realization that medication and surgeries may not be the best option for some people further solidified her decision to become a chiropractor.
Today, Dr. Shah works as a chiropractor for Chiro One. She’s dedicated to helping people feel better and making a sustainable difference in their life through chiropractic. Dr. Shah believes Chiro One is special because it allows her to combine chiropractic care with physical therapy (active rehab) so her patients can receive temporary and long-term relief from their symptoms. In other words, this organization gives her the chance to treat patients using the best of both worlds (physical therapy and chiropractic).
