
How-To: Sweet Strawberry Smoothie

Sometimes winter seems like it’s never going to end, right? Don’t worry—we’ve got just what you need. This sweet, strawberry smoothie is the perfect pick-me-up on those cold winter mornings. Rich in antioxidants, potassium AND fiber, this gorgeous pink drink is sure to please.
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen, chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with frozen fruit first. Cover and blend until desired smoothness. Want a thicker smoothie? Throw in a few ice cubes for added texture.
