Dr. Elizabeth Sutton grew up enjoying the outdoors in scenic Rice Lake, Wisconsin. She especially loved spending time on the lake with her family and friends, memories she cherishes to this day.
As ...a high school athlete she experienced a serious injury, a difficult experience she wouldn’t wish on anyone. The long recovery from that injury inspired her to help others. She knew she wanted to help educate not just athletes but the entire population on how to perform at their very best.
What patients appreciate most about Dr. Elizabeth is that she listens attentively, taking the time to understand what is going on in their lives, so she can educate them on their condition and personalize their treatment to meet their unique needs.
Dr. Elizabeth defines wellness is a state of overall well-being where physical health, emotional balance, and meaningful connections all support one another: a state where one feels healthy, grounded, and able to handle daily life with a sense of purpose and positivity. She maintains her own wellness by spending time outdoors, staying connected with friends and family, working out regularly, and following a nutritious, healthy diet. She also finds joy and balance in caring for her plants, playing with her dog, and trying new foods—activities that help her stay centered, energized, and fulfilled.
