As a teenager growing up in southeast Wisconsin, Dr.Peplinksi was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. By the time she graduated high school, she was taking eight medications and struggling with digestive dysfunction, joint and muscle pain and horrible headaches. Even a liver biopsy couldn't uncover the root cause of her ailments. In college, her pain intensified, preventing her from playing her beloved sports or even attending class. Soon she found herself on the verge of dropping out.
By the time her aunt suggested chiropractic, Dr. Peplinski had seen so many MD specialists, she figured there was nothing to lose. After only one month of treatment, she was off seven medications, and, for the first time in years, felt energized. Soon all her symptoms disappeared, she returned to class and started playing sports again. This life-altering experience inspired her change her career path so she could help other people enjoy chiropractic relief.
Wellness for Dr. Peplinksi means ending unnecessary pain and suffering in order to reach our full potential and live a life we love. She maintains her own wellness by playing rugby, hiking, sailing, reading, crafting, gardening and spending time in nature with her family, friends and two cats.
After completing her BS in biology at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Dr. Peplinski earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University, where she played on Life's first women's rugby team. She specializes in pain management and myofascial release.
