Dr. Buhler’s patients love her bubbly personality, and often say it helps them feel better when they’re experiencing pain or other challenges. They also appreciate her honesty; she always thoroughly ...explains their x-rays, exam findings and care plans. As a result, she builds a strong connection with each patient she treats.
She developed these traits while growing up in a close-knit family in Racine, WI, in a community where all the people who mattered most to her lived nearby. She fondly remembers spending her childhood attending the same schools as her friends, riding the same bus with them, playing outdoors, building tree branch forts, and eating mac & cheese with apple slices for lunch every day.
While working toward a Physician Assistant career at Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee, she realized that the hospital setting was not the right fit for her and made the shift from a mainstream medical approach to the more holistic approach of chiropractic care. While working as a chiropractic technician she witnessed the amazing benefits of chiropractic care on patients and knew without a doubt that becoming a chiropractor was what she was meant to do.
Dr. Buhler defines wellness as a state of happiness: how a person feels about their mental and physical health. To maintain her own wellness, she goes to the gym 5-6 days a week, eats a clean, unprocessed diet, hydrates properly, and gets plenty of sleep so she has the energy she needs to do the things that make her happy. She loves spending time with her fiancé and their dogs and cats and loves trying new restaurants and breweries with friends and family.
Since earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences, Dr. Buhler has successfully treated over 6000 patients. She specializes in Graston Techniques and dry needling for chronic pain management.
