Originally from the Northwoods of Glidden, Wisconsin, Dr. Chase has deep roots in the close-knit community where he grew up. He remembers his hometown as a place where everyone knew one another, making ...it easy to build meaningful connections. He fondly recalls the simplicity of life in the Northwoods, surrounded by forests, lakes, and wildlife, where he spent much of his youth fishing, hunting, and enjoying the peaceful rhythm of small-town living.
Dr. Chase earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, but his path to chiropractic care was shaped by personal experience. After suffering multiple low-back disc injuries that caused severe sciatic pain and weakness in his right leg, he turned to chiropractic care for help. He credits his chiropractor, Dr. Todd Frisch, with helping him avoid surgery and return to work. This life-changing transformation inspired Dr. Gima to dedicate his career to helping others experience the same powerful results.
Patients appreciate Dr. Chase for the time, respect, and genuine care he brings to every interaction. He takes time to listen with compassion and aims to understand each patient’s daily life. This approach allows him to offer personalized lifestyle recommendations that support spinal health, whether it’s improving workplace ergonomics, refining workout techniques, or suggesting healthier ways to move, sit, and sleep to prevent micro-traumas.
Dr. Chase defines wellness as staying active and staying connected. He maintains his own well-being through regular exercise, yoga, hiking, and biking, making a conscious effort to avoid a sedentary lifestyle. He also values strong relationships, believing that regularly calling friends and family, and sharing a good laugh is an irreplaceable source of joy and grounding.
