Education: Logan College of Chiropractic

Hometown: Herculaneum, MO

Dr. Samantha “Sammy” Leuthauser earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic and is passionate about helping patients improve both their physical health and overall quality of life. Her clinical interests include nutrition, prenatal care, and women’s health, allowing her to provide thoughtful, whole-person care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Originally from Herculaneum, Missouri, Dr. Sammy grew up in a close-knit small-town community where she formed lifelong friendships and developed a strong appreciation for connection and support. Those early experiences helped shape the compassionate, personable approach she brings to patient care today.

Her path to chiropractic began after high school when she discovered weightlifting and embraced a more active lifestyle. Although she had never been heavily involved in sports growing up, she quickly realized how much better she felt—not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. The confidence, strength, and improved quality of life she experienced inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping others move better, recover properly, and continue doing the activities they love without pain or limitation.

Patients appreciate Dr. Sammy for her positivity, approachable personality, and genuine care. She strives to make every patient feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their care journey. By building strong relationships and creating a welcoming environment, she ensures patients feel valued as individuals—not simply treated as a condition or appointment.

For Dr. Sammy, wellness is the balance of both physical and mental health, recognizing that the two are deeply connected. She believes true wellness comes from caring for the whole person through movement, nutrition, recovery, stress management, and emotional well-being. She maintains her own wellness through running, weightlifting, reading, crocheting, and spending time with her husband and her 19-year-old cat—often while watching Jeopardy together.
