He developed curiosity and determination as a child growing up in St. Louis Missouri — a hometown with plenty of urban appeal, including exciting Cardinals and Blues games, as well as proximity to Table Rock Lake’s wilderness adventures.

Dr. McGrath has had an affinity for bones since the age of 13, when he thought he wanted to be a radiologist. While exploring medical education options he got the opportunity to shadow a chiropractor. One day a patient came in crying tears of joy because she was able to pick up her granddaughter for the first time without excruciating neck and shoulder pain. He knew at that moment that he wanted to be a chiropractor.

Wellness is a multi-faceted endeavor for Dr. McGrath. It’s an active lifelong growth of awareness about your choices, and their effects, which helps you gradually discover what lifestyle suits you. He’s determined to maintain his own wellness, which will allow him to live up to his potential — to be as happy and healthy as possible.

Since earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic, Dr. McGrath has enhanced the wellness of more than 3000 patients via chronic pain management, post-rehab conditioning, prenatal care and Webster Technique, pediatric and geriatric care as well as nutritional counseling.
