Dr. Austin Stendebach
Our Mesa Chiropractor

Education: Cleveland Chiropractic College
Hometown: Kansas City
Dr. Austin Stendebach grew up in Kansas City, dividing his time between the Kansas and Missouri sides of the state line. He enjoyed the city’s small-town charm and exploring its diverse culinary scene.
He played various sports as a young athlete before focusing on collegiate baseball. Fascinated by the mechanics of movement, he sought a profession that emphasized mobility and allowed him to stay connected to the sport he loved. He wanted to help others learn how to move well and initially considered a career in physical therapy.
Dr. Austin leads by example, practicing the same mobility principles he teaches his patients. With a calm and approachable demeanor, he takes the time to listen, understand their goals, and guide them toward better movement and overall well-being. Having treated over 15,000 patients, he’s known for breaking down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations—often with a touch of humor to put people at ease.
He believes wellness is about maintaining a high quality of life—the ability to enjoy the little things, even with age or after surgery. Dr. Austin prioritizes his health by working out and staying active with his significant other on the weekends. He loves playing softball, hiking, and taking long walks with his 80-pound pit bull.
