Dr. Hunter Schaff

Education: Palmer College of Chiropractic

Hometown: Pittsburgh, PA

Dr. Schaff relaxes his patients with his favorite B.J. Palmer quote: “It takes 65 muscles to frown and 13 to make a smile. Why work overtime?” Then, he communicates the value of chiropractic care in a way each patient can relate to. Meeting new people daily and watching the impact chiropractic has on their lives, is one of the biggest compliments he can get.

Growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Schaff got plenty of compliments for his athletic prowess, until he sustained multiple neck and shoulder injuries while playing football and participating in wrestling. The trauma to his body was so severe that at some point, he was unable to run or turn his head because of the pain. After three weeks of no relief via traditional athletic training treatments, he decided to see a chiropractor. Two months of treatment and adjustments later, he was able to resume running — pain-free. That’s when he understood what wellness means.

To this day, Dr. Schaff never goes over a month without being adjusted. When he’s not changing the lives of his patients and community, he’s maintaining his own wellness by running, cooking, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

A cum laude graduate of both Palmer College of Chiropractic and Robert Morris College, Dr. Schaff is certified in the activator technique and specializes in structural corrective care.
