Our unique model of care consists of a thorough, up-front musculoskeletal exam (with X-rays if needed) where your doctor will assess your exam results, overall health and lifestyle goals to create a personalized treatment plan that includes a combination of gentle manual adjustments and active therapies to support your adjustment. These help increase balance, flexibility and stability, correct and retrain posture, improve muscle strength and mobility, and teach proper muscle activation.
