What Plans Do we Accept?

We work with a variety of insurance policies, including commercial insurance plans such as employer-sponsored group plans, individual policies, and private insurance purchased through the health insurance marketplaces established by the Affordable Care Act. We also work with Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans and, in some cases, Medicaid. Additionally, we accept some U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and TRICARE plans.

How Does the Insurance Process Work?

You’ll provide your insurance information to your clinical team at your first appointment. After receiving your diagnosis and personalized care plan, your clinical care team will work directly with your insurer to inquire about your available benefits, and then walk you through the available benefits at your second appointment.

Scheduling an Appointment

On your second visit, your doctor or care manager will walk you through your available benefits, so you understand the cost of care prior to starting treatment.

Financial Assistance from Chiro One

Chiro One strives to make our care accessible to all patients by offering financial assistance to those who qualify.

We offer extended payment plan options for services at reduced rates for those who qualify based on our financial assistance application, taking in to account previously provided care, available insurance coverage or other sources of payment, and the applicant’s financial profile.

This method helps us to fairly and accurately assist patients who are experiencing financial hardship. Required financial information may include:

  • Annual household income
  • Applicable assets
  • Household size
  • Confirmation of application for all sources of coverage, including Medicaid, if eligible

Our Billing Process

Chiro One will bill your insurance plan for treatment you receive, and you will be responsible for any co-pays, coinsurance or deductibles and amounts not paid by your insurance plan. Throughout your treatment, our Patient Advocate team will assist you in resolving any insurance or payment-related issues.
