Dr. Arras is known for acquainting herself with the person behind the patient. She listens to each story and asks as many questions as it takes to reveal the root cause of every patient’s symptoms so ...she can prescribe a highly customized care plan.
Growing up in small town Clovis, California she enjoyed a strong sense of community that inspired her to help others at a very young age. Yet it wasn’t until midway through community college that she realized she would be doing so as a Doctor of Chiropractic. A good friend’s suggestion led to months of research and the discovery of her calling. Dr. Arras loves the fact that her career allows her to meet all kinds of people whom she can leave better than when they entered her clinic.
For Dr. Arras, wellness means maintaining a state of health optimal enough to let you live how you want to live without your body holding me back. She maintains hers by eating a nutritious, balanced diet, exercising, nurturing strong relationships with family and friends, gardening, exploring new nature paths and of course, getting adjusted regularly.
Since earning her Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West, Dr. Arras has been specializing in chronic pain management via myofascial release techniques.
