Collagen-Rich Almond Butter Banana Smoothie

Bananas are a muscle health staple! As a great source of potassium, calcium and magnesium, these portable produce are an excellent way to ease muscle cramps and decrease soreness. But remember… they’re fairly high in sugar, so all things in moderation, right? These banana chips make a great post-workout snack… all you need is two ingredients and a working oven. Here’s how you make them!
First preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Cover a sheet pan with foil.
Take your sliced banana pieces and toss them in lemon juice.
Arrange the bananas in a single layer on your baking sheet and bake for one hour. Then flip your slice and bake for another hour. (If your bananas are difficult to flip, give them an additional 5-10 minutes.)
Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container.
