This summer, keep it cool with this protein-pack super smoothie. Rich in fiber, healthy fat and collagen, this green treat is the perfect power-booster before any kind of workout.


  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 cups plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops collagen whey protein


  1. Firstly, place your ingredients (except for your collagen whey!) in a blender.

  2. After reaching desired consistency, add your collagen to the mixture, blending for a brief few seconds to incorporate into the smoothie.
