Need a snack before your morning workout but don’t have time? These no-bake blueberry oatmeal balls are a delicious treat that’ll give you the energy you need to power through! Courtesy of Bless This Mess, here’s how you can make these protein-packed energy balls in no time.
To start your blueberry oatmeal balls, combine all of your ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and refrigerate for over 30 minutes.
Then, use a tablespoon to scoop your mixture into your hand. Roll it into a ball, and work through the rest of your mixture.
Store (in the fridge for up to a week) or eat and enjoy!
Want something a little different? You can also replace your dried blueberries with other dried fruits; we recommend apricots, cranberries and more for another tasty version of these energy balls.
