Below are a few tips and tricks for enjoying the Halloween season if you have food allergies or are simply watching what you eat.

Treat buckets don’t have to be filled with just candy. Thanks to the Teal Pumpkin Project, trick-or-treaters can now enjoy receiving small toys
or non-edible treats in their bags or buckets.
