Everyone deserves a sweet treat once in a while, right?
Fresh, healthy and delicious, these smoothie recipes are the perfect way to beat the summer heat.
Liquid Sunshine
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ½ cup chopped cantaloupe
- ½ cup chopped papaya
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- 4-5 ice cubes
Lean, Green Lemonade
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup kale, stems removed
- ½ lemon, peeled and seeded
- ½ lime, peeled and seeded
- 1 fresh or frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
Orange Dreamsicle
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 orange, peeled and seeded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4-5 ice cubes
Sweet Sunrise
- ¾ cup pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 4 pitted dates
- 4-5 ice cubes
