For a sweet treat, try apple slices with almond butter

Perfect Parfait


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cup fresh berries
  • ¼ cup raw almonds


Put your yogurt, milk and chia seeds into a bowl, mix well and allow it to sit overnight. When you’re ready to eat your treat, top or mix it with fresh berries and/or nuts.

Fill Up on Fiber!

Get your fill with carrots and celery dipped in hummus

Veggies and Dip


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried chives


Mix all your ingredients and allow your dip to sit overnight before enjoying with some fresh
veggies—think carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes and broccoli.
